RainFit: 30days, day 4

Totally blew it today & wondering if I can even count these days as part of my "sticking to WW". :-(

This is my weight loss journey, one step at a time, putting one foot in front of the other. With the goal to keep moving forward. I am 37 year old woman w/ a Amazing husband(DH) of 13 years! I have two energy filled, wonderful little boys one is 10(DS1) & the other 6(DS2). After training for and completing my first Half Marathon in May 2015. I was still not able to lose weight.

My journey has been a very bumpy one but I am more determined than ever to keep going in my quest for health. I January 2017 I found Beachbody and I am in love with the programs and I am finding success with them. I am now a Beachbody coach and I hope that my journey can inspire others to start theres too!!
